...the easy and efficient way to import 3d animations to your software

The RTX file format is an advanced ASE file format that supports important issues missing in ASE, e.g. skinning. This means it is easy to understand, therefore easy to implement to your own software. For a detailed description of RTX features visit http://crow.riot.org

Software developers can take advantage of the RTX viewer, a DirectX8 based windows program that can view and play 3d animations from RTX files. With its audio playback capabilities is can even be used to create multimedia presentation. The RTX viewer is command line based and can be executed within other applications.

Furthermore, the interactive RTX viewer allows to make 3d scenes with C script controlled interactions.
