The Fuse:
Someone wants to measure 3 minutes exactly. There are two fuses available who take 4 minutes to burn each (no matter which end is being lit). These fuses do not burn constantly in time. If you half a fuse, it might take 3 minutes for the first half to burn and only 1 minute for the second.
How can you measure the 3 minutes?
